The user connects to PWA home page, selects Issues or risks, and then clicks on any project and IE crashes.
HP is installing a tool called "Credential Manager" on some new HP PCs and Laptops. If you go into Control Panel > Security Center, you will see a new choice called Credential Manager. This is not an application that ships with Windows XP, although it may look like it.
Resolution
Use Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel and uninstall the HP Credential Manager application.
