There is no information to display in this view. Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there is no information in the project plan to display.

Background Information

The system displays the above error message when you navigate to the Project Center page in Project Web Access and click the name of any project to display a detailed Project view for the project.

Resolution

There are many potential causes for this issue, including the following:

1. The project manager did not publish the project using Collaborate - Publish - All Information or Collaborate - Publish - Project Plan.

2. Your organization has not upgraded both Microsoft Project Professional 2003 and Project Server 2003 to Service Pack 1.

Note: You may be able to troubleshoot some of the causes for this error message by examining the application event log on the server hosting Project Server.
